Waiver

This waiver states an agreement between Mt.Fitness Gym and client/potential clients to communicate, deliver services and participate in the services provided.

I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in. 

I/We understand and agree to comply with GDPR laws for our contact details (email address, telephone number) being used for marketing purposes and general communications.

After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and Mt.Fitness Gym available services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE Mt.Fitness Gym, its coaches, owners, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in Mt.Fitness Gym training, programs and/or events.

 I/We take full responsibility of the equipment lent by Mt.Fitness Gym following Government guidelines to force closure due to the virus pandemic. This responsibility extends to the health and safety of those using the equipment, and thus as an individual taking on full liability of any injuries whilst in your possession.

I/We understand that failure to return the equipment on the day of re-opening that Mt.Fitness have full rights to deduct the cost of the equipment directly from your bank account through our GoCardless System. Costings of equipment will be taking from our provider Mirafit or Fitness Superstor depending on availability.

By my ticking/signature I/We indicate that I/We have read and understand this Waiver of Liability.  I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
